You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your wc99 account, including any activity resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your wc99 login credentials.

Your wc99 login password must be kept strictly confidential. • The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• A regulatory requirement or legal obligation necessitates account closure.
• The Member has self-excluded or requested account closure through the Responsible Gaming tools.

All financial transactions on the wc99 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wc99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, debit cards, credit cards, and direct bank transfer.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits.

All content on the wc99 Platform — including but not limited to the wc99 brand name, logo, game content, software, text, images, graphics, video streams, sound effects, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of wc99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

• Any loss arising from interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party service disruption, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account where the Member has failed to maintain adequate security over their wc99 login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes or betting settlements that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these terms and applicable game rules.

wc99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit wc99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by wc99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

wc99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the wc99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering a wc99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wc99 may share Member data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary to fulfil the services outlined in these terms. wc99 will not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

Members may exercise their data rights — including access, correction, and deletion requests — by contacting wc99 support. Please note that certain data retention obligations may prevent the immediate deletion of all personal records, particularly where regulatory compliance requires retention for a minimum statutory period.

wc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Members. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date prominently displayed.

Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, wc99 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification. It is the Member's responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Continued use of the wc99 Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure via the wc99 support channel.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wc99 is licensed and incorporated.

Nothing in this clause limits wc99's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or the enforcement of its rights against fraudulent activity.

Where these terms are translated into any language other than English, the English language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute as to interpretation.
